I’m Jordan Matthews, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience in helping people transform their bodies and reach their fitness goals. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, I specialize in strength training, fat loss, and functional movement to create personalized plans that fit your needs.
My passion for fitness started early, fueled by a love for sports and a desire to live an active, healthy life. I earned my degree in Exercise Science from the University of Miami and have since obtained certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Precision Nutrition. This background allows me to take a well-rounded approach to fitness, focusing on both physical performance and smart nutrition.
When it comes to training, I’m all about results. I create programs that challenge you, but are sustainable in the long run. My goal is to make fitness a part of your lifestyle, focusing on balance, consistency, and building healthy habits that last.
