Ava Lin (@avalinwellness) is a certified somatic coach, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and former content creator who quietly burned out trying to hold it all together.
After years of performing wellness online, Ava stepped away from the algorithm and into real healing—nervous system work, community-based rest, and slow reconnection with her own body.
Now, she helps others do the same.
Her work is rooted in honesty, softness, and safety. No hype, no hustle, no shame. Just deep breathwork, nervous system literacy, and making peace with being human.
Ava has led over 20 retreats and workshops across the U.S. and abroad. She’s trained in somatic experiencing, restorative movement, boundary work, and has a gift for creating spaces where people can finally put down their armor.
